What is paid vs free Platos?
The free version of Platos gives you access to self-monitoring features that allow you to track your food and biomarkers like blood sugar, blood pressure and weight.
Premium Platos is a monthly subscription plan that connects you to care providers, offers deeper insights, trends and reports that you can share with family and friends.
What devices are available for pre-order?
There are three models available for pre-order. The Platos Smart BMI Scale, Platos Smart Body Fat Scale (with heart rate) and the Platos Body Composition Monitor.
What is the wall hanger?
The wall hanger allows for easy storage of the Platos body composition monitor (PS 08). You can attach it to the wall and rest the handlebar on it.
How can I place my order?

How long does it take to deliver my order?
The estimated delivery timeline is 2 months with deliveries to be made by April 2024.
How will my devices be delivered to me?
The devices will be shipped directly to you once they are ready. When paying the balance, you’ll also see the estimated shipping cost.

The devices come with a user manual, and instructions for linking the devices are also available in the Platos app. Reach out to our support team with any questions or feedback.
Can multiple family members use the same device?
Yes, multiple family members can use the scale, but each member should have a Platos account for their health data.
How do I book my free dietitian consultations?
After getting your device and setting up your account, you will take a diet assessment and be matched with a dietitian. Based on your availability, you can schedule your consultations with your dietitian.
How can I refer my friends and family to Platos?
